Maii found her passion in being part of other people’s transformation. She utilizes all the coaching tools and skills that she has studied, as well as following ICF core competencies and their code of ethics. Maii has also experienced various niches of coaching, among them are; corporate organizations in Egypt and UAE, schools and universities, teen programs, parenting programs, taking part in conferences, summits and participating in most of ICF's events and speed coaching.

Maii holds a master’s degree in International Transport & Logistics and a B.A. of Languages & Translation. Maii also has 10 years of experience in corporate businesses in fields such as oil and gas, automotive and power tools. Maii is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Strengths Strategy Certified Coach (SSCC) and holds a position of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Maii’s passion is connecting with people everywhere. She is gifted in creating a non-judgmental safe space, a fun-like atmosphere and a continuous relationship with her clients where she can witness their transformation as they go on with their lives.
